Retreat Schedule

The B.E. M.E. Retreat will be held April 29th - May 1st, 2018, Sunday - Tuesday, at the Jenner Inn in Jenner, California and will feature the following: 

  • Breath Training to learn to identify your individual breath patterns

  • Guided re-energizing Yoga for both body and mind

  • Progressive Relaxation Techniques

  • Guided Exploration Nature Hike overlooking the Pacific Coast

  • The Enlightening Flow of Movement presentation
    by Olympian Pat Winslow Connolly

Sunday

1:00 - 3:00 

Orientation and Registration

Check-in to the retreat, meet-and-greet, introductions, and overview of the event.

3:00 - 4:00

Check-in to Hotel Accommodations

Personal time to settle in to your
home for the next few days!

4:00 - 5:00

Breath Work

Describing the anatomy of breath, while learning your individual breath pattern.

5:00 - 6:00

Gentle Yoga

Moving the body with breath in a fluid,
gentle asana practice,
calming the mind, body, and energy.

6:15 - 7:45

Dinner

Dinner will be provided by the Jenner Inn.
The dinner will include salad, main entree, and dessert. Select beverages included.

Breathwork for Self Awareness

Learn breath training methods to identify your individual breath patterns and
expand your self awareness.
 

Retire for the evening

 

 

 

Monday

7:00 - 8:30

Morning Yoga

Energizing the body and mind through breath and asana in Vinyasa flow sequence.

8:45 - 9:30

Breakfast

Continental breakfast provided
by the Jenner Inn.

9:45 - 11:45

Hike

Guided exploration of the exquisite coastal trails of Jenner by the Sea.

12:00 - 2:00

Lunch

Provided by Cafe Aquatica; menu TBD

2:15 - 3:30

Progressive Relaxation

Understanding the bracing, or, holding patterns within your skeletal muscular system.

3:45 - 5:15

Therapeutic Relaxation Yoga

Learn how to hold postures for an ideal amount of time to help create space within the body, the joints and the connective tissue, in order to promote relaxation and inner peace.

Social Hour!
