The B.E. M.E. Retreat will be held April 29th - 30th, 2018,
Sunday - Monday, at the Jenner Inn in Jenner, California
and will feature the following events:

  • Restorative and Re-energizing Yoga sessions

  • Movement as Mental Medicine presentation

  • Guided Breath Training

  • Coastal Trail Hikes

Registration

Check-in to the retreat, meet-and-greet, introductions.

Welcome Orientation

09:30 - 01:30

Hike & Lunch

Guided exploration of the exquisite coastal trails of Jenner bythe Sea.
You will be shuttled to and from
the hiking sites and
will have two hikes to choose from.

Pre-Ordered Lunch provided by Café Aquatica. We will stop along the trail and have lunch amongst nature.

Guided Breathing

Learn about Guided Breathing
and practice exercises.

02:30 - 4:00

Afternoon Yoga

Energizing the body and mind through breath and Asana in Vinyasa flow sequence.

4:15 - 05:45

Movement as Mental Medicine

Dr. Harun Evcimen will by giving an interactive presentation on Movement as Mental Medicine and guide you on how to
find the optimal movement for you!

Dinner

Pre-Ordered Dinner will be
provided by the Jenner Inn.

Dinner will include salad, main entree, and dessert. Select beverages included.

A short, easy guided exploration of the exquisite coastal trails of Jenner by the Sea.
